We devised an  integration program for this Australian investment management firm in its initial investments in the specialist care sector in the UK. AMP acquired both the Regard Partnership (January 2018) and the Care Management Group (December 2018) and required a detailed project for the rationalisation of both companies into one functioning entity. Scion developed a focused integration plan with weekly reporting structure to ensure timely delivery.
