THE PROJECT
We were engaged to work with Corten Capital for the first time to work with
their anchor portfolio company in the IT service management space, Matrix42. The management team had identified a
competitor in the ITSM field based in Finland called Efecte to solidify its European presence and boost its artificial
intelligence capabilities, in which Efecte had invested heavily both organically and inorganically in the previous
years.

THE WORK
We worked jointly with the amalgamated management team and the newly installed CEO to create a comprehensive
integration programme which focused heavily on getting the organisational design for the new Matrix42 correct and on the
right footing for it take on the mantle of the premier ITSM provider in Europe.
