growing management consultancy to run a diagnostic on the integration approach of its two recent acquisitions, Magnetic
(an innovation and design consultancy firm) and Xantura (a data analytics company focused on local government
application).

THE WORK

Given the wide remit of the type of acquisitions they had taken on and the probability of doing even more
diverse investments in future, we developed an integration playbook which took into account the specifications of their
parent company, their current client base and service delivery model and custom-fitted that to the target companies which
they might look to acquire in future.
