This represented the third time we worked with a portfolio company of LLCP
and this project focussed on capturing the cross-selling opportunities lying within Fineksus. Cleversoft specifically wanted to
highlight the market leading products relating to financial messaging and anti-money laundering solutions which Fineksus
had developed and inject them into the European and US markets. Further, we worked with the management to ensure there
was a comprehensive plan to capture revenue and cost synergies early in the integration journey and to deploy a culture and
values programme to the employee population to mitigate any attrition caused by the acquisition.
